Zumba
Zumba is a dance fitness class based on Latin American Rhythms. Forget the Fitness class and come and join the dance party! Come and join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It’s easy! Like exercise in disguise! You’ll probably lose weight too! I have! Zumba was created in the mid 1990’s by Columbian native Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez, a celebrity fitness trainer and choreographer for international pop superstars. Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, sambe, merengue music he grew up with, Beto paired his favourite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hop international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba (Spanish slang to move fast and have fun) was born. Since Beto bought Zumba to the US in 1999, it has become one of the fastest growing dance based fitness crazes worldwide with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music and easy to follow dance. Over 7 million people a week attend a Zumba class. Come along and join the fun!

I will focus on one maybe two plays this term and concentrate on scenes which will be learnt and worked on! I will decide what play, once I meet YOU ALL!!
